Sean David Morton admits he's a fake

Or as close as we'll ever get to him admitting it...

Even a resounding decision issued by a judge is not enough to stop the Sean David Morton lunacy train from rolling on.  In reading this latest example of less than stellar legal prowess, Morton takes the court for a fairly bewildering ride claiming he and his co-defendant/wife "are pure and utter  fictions and a complete and total construction of the United States..."

Essentially, Morton got told since he failed to disclose a financial interest during his bankruptcy application that his bankruptcy was denied.  This includes an $11,533,382.18 discharge from a judgement against Morton for defrauding investors in what the SEC described as a "psychic scheme".

Morton's filing can be read here in all of its PDF glory.

One more thing, Morton claims he is penniless and homeless.  Funny, but the last time I checked social services weren't handing out season tickets to USC football games...

Rensdelsham UFO military vet gets UFO injury benefits

An interesting article on the Rendlesham UFO case and the VA's decision to grant military medical benefits to one of the soldiers present at that event.  If you don't know much about this case, I suggest reading Left at East Gate, written by firsthand witness Larry Warren and UFO researcher Peter Robbins.  My opinion is that Rendlesham is one of the best UFO cases out there.

Federal judge denies Morton bankruptcy.

Not even self proclaimed psychic Sean David Morton saw it coming, but clearly a federal judge did.  After losing in court to the SEC over allegations that Morton and a co-defendant bilked investors out of over $6,000,000 in what the SEC called a "psychic scheme", Morton attempted to file for bankruptcy only to have that filing denied.

On 02/05/15,  a U.S. Federal judge found Morton and co-defendant, wife Melissa Morton, to be in default and denied their joint bankruptcy claim.  This comes on the heels of the Mortons both filing babbling, incoherent legal papers multiple times with the courts making claims such as not having access to proper currency to pay debts and that Melissa Morton was a manufactured entity and other nonsense.

At one point, Morton claimed he has used his unsubstantiated remote viewing abilities to win money in a casino in Las Vegas playing roulette. Morton claimed the amount was $11,000.00, then later said it was $13,000.00.  Don't you think that Morton would have just used these so-called powers to either see what was coming or to win enough money that he'd never have to worry about running an investment scheme?  I think the answer to that is patently clear...

Alleged Roswell alien slide images coming in May

I'll reserve judgement until the actual images and info are released, but having this event involve Jaime Maussan in any way is automatically suspect and not good for your credibility.  Then again, Don Schmitt has a past history of not being truthful that will likely haunt him throughout his UFO endeavors.

One of the bigger problems I have with the claims being made about these images alleging to show one of the aliens from the now infamous Roswell UFO incident, is the claim that the slide image was somehow authenticated to show an extraterrestrial being.  Not sure how you can do that from a slide, so we'll just have to wait until May to hear all about it.

House of Dummies Redux

Just when you thought the rambling legal nonsense couldn't get any worse, now comes House of Dummies Rudex.  I don't think words can adequately describe this train wreck response submitted to the court by Morton.  If you're just catching up to this low grade legal drama, Morton and his co-defendant/wife were defendants in a lawsuit accusing them of defrauding investors out of $6,000,000 in what was called a "psychic scheme".  Morton lost the lawsuit, was ordered to pay $11.5mil, and later filed bankruptcy.

The bankruptcy did not go through as apparently Morton failed to disclose certain information during the bankruptcy.  Since that time, Morton has desperately been trying to get the court to allow the bankruptcy to go forward, even though Morton previously declared during his fraud trial that he was a citizen of New Lemuria and therefor the United States had no jurisdiction over him.

In promotional material, "Dr." Sean David Morton advertises himself as "an expert on constitutional rights, helping people throw off the shackles of an increasingly oppressive government and banking system."

I'm not sure where this so-called expertise or his alleged doctoral status was obtained, but clearly Morton is no constitutional expert.  For a guy who says he can't use US currency, I'm sure he has no problem getting paid in that exact currency for speaking fees.

You have to wonder how a psychic never sees this sort of stuff coming...
