...when Sean David Morton will use an updated and untouched photo of himself for promos? Highlight hair? Check. Suit and tie? Check. Silly medallion? Check. Youth? Um, youth? Seriously, this is pretty pretentious to be using an outdated photo, and certainly cliche.

And seriously, do people actually pay $20 or $25 to listen this guy ramble? I guess some people would considering some trusted him with over $6,000,000.00 of their money that Morton allegedly scammed from them.

Not much else on the Morton vs. The SEC front other than litigation is still ongoing and it might be a while before it gets to court, as such cases often drag out over long periods of time.
