It's been just over a year since bunk psychic Sean David Morton was hit with a lawsuit by the Securities & Exchange Commission, which accused Morton and his wife of swindling one-hundred investors out of more than $6,000,000 in a psychic scam where Morton told investors he could use his powers to accurately predict the outcome of the market. It just never makes sense; how does a psychic not see it coming? If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again!

The litigation in this matter is onging and ufowatchdog.com has learned of the looming possibility that there may be federal criminal charges at some point. The lawsuit has progressed slowly with Morton trying everything to derail it to no avail, with his last motion to dismiss being tossed out of court.
In the meantime, Morton has once again reinvented his website, sans any real link to info, likely on his way to start promoting himself and products based on the coming 2012 lameness being spun and sold by every other new age wacko out there.
